The Global Prize in Desalination 2024, in collaboration with the Saudi Water Authority, sought groundbreaking solutions to improve water production, efficiency, and sustainability. The challenge attracted over 500 solutions from global experts, with $10 million in awards and pilot funding to support implementation.
